Minneapolis Bonus Rebate Application

The Minneapolis Bonus Rebate Program offers an additional rebate from the City of Minneapolis for homeowners who made eligible energy improvements. To qualify for a rebate, the eligible improvements must have been made between December 15, 2024 and December 15, 2025 and the total rebate amount from the City and Utility cannot exceed the total project costs. Properties under construction, greater than 4 units, cooperatives, or used for commercial purposes are not eligible.
